Format

WAFF will only accept preview screeners on DVD in the Region 1/North America format (NTSC). DVD screeners in PAL will not be accepted. DVD's must be labelled, including title, running time, year created, and contact information (phone and email). Preview copies will not be returned without a self-addressed, stamped envelope. For works under 15 minutes, entrants may submit a link to an online version of their work.

Promotional Material

To help WAFF begin promoting your film as soon as possible pending its acceptance, please submit along with your application:

a 15 second clip from your film on NTSC DVD

SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS JUNE 30th, 2012

**If your film/video is accepted you will be required to submit a beta master (SP or SX). If this beta master is not provided in the time specified before WAFF, we will not be able to include your film in WAFF 2012. No exceptions.
